Delivery and returns
Delivery is free on orders over £50. Orders under £50 are subject to a £5 delivery charge per order.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received except weekends and bank holidays and are delivered within 3-4 working days.
We only deliver to the UK mainland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We cannot process orders to a P.O Box address.
We send orders by Royal Mail recorded delivery or FedEx. All deliveries require a signature therefore please ensure that there is someone at your delivery address who is ready to accept the order.
Returns Procedure – Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We trust your items will arrive in good order. However in the event your items arrive damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately to arrange returning the product on email@example.com.
You must notify us of any damaged or incorrect items within 10 working days of delivery. If you do not receive the products you must notify us within 28 days of your order. In the event the products you received were damaged or incorrect we will also refund the cost of shipping the products to us.
If you have requested a refund, we will credit your card with the amount paid by you to the value of the returned product(s), including the cost of return shipping, within 3 working days of receipt of goods to our distribution centre. Please be aware it can take a further 4 working days for the refund to show on your account.
